J’anime des ateliers en EDI et quand on est en terrain #growthmindset et #vulnérabilité, les participants ont des moments importants de 🤯 et 💡concernant leur posture de leader. Ce que j’aime ici c’est la prise de conscience au-delà des adultes et de nos collègues à la job. C’est important - mais l’impact sur nos futurs collègues 👉🏻 chaque intervention, chaque geste, chaque parole. Ça compte.
