We have a dynamic, multi-cultural group from backgrounds like #PublicHealth #Education #HigherEducation #Healthcare and #Athletics - perspectives will be challenged and this is essential to growth. Connecting with #womenleaders on a deeper level is a value of mine and after attending a #leadership #LeanInCircle training, I trusted that this was the next right move. Yesterday I witnessed women elevating other women and receiving praise for their work that may otherwise go unnoticed. Future #aspirations were shared and #vulnerability was embraced. My heartfelt #gratitude to those who decided to make the leap and show up. We all voiced our #OneAction that we commit to for the next month- this is leadership #accountability.
