Celebrating the International Women’s Day, members of Incredible Mom Agents (IMA) from Surabaya and its surrounding areas were invited to a gathering in LNK’s factory in Mojosari, Mojokerto. IMA is a community of mothers brought together through the same concern for family well-being by FiberCreme, a product of PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo. As part of the gathering, the mothers had a chance to learn about food processing and communications, enabling them to upgrade their skills to contribute more to the family's economy. What do you think about IMA and this activity? Share your opinion in the comment box!

Klitih is a social problem that attacks several young generations in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Even though many years have passed, there has been no concrete solution from policy makers or other stakeholders that is able to solve this problem at its roots effectively. As one of the student who has experienced the commotion of this problem for approximately 5 years. I had the opportunity to make a comprehensive study across interests and across disciplines as part of my final project which I entitled "Perancangan Shelter Creative Care di Kabupaten Sleman dengan Pendekatan Teori Penggalangan". Shelter Creative Care (SCC) is not only proposing a new public facility. But more than that, SCC offers a more comprehensive management strategy in dealing with Klitih which may become a bigger threat along with the development of cities and districts in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Even though it requires a large budget to collaborate on every step from across policy stakeholders, I think this is comparable to the future of the young generation as the key to realizing a 2045 Golden Indonesia vision. #klitih #younggeneration #socialproblem #specialregionofyogyakarta #humanandarchitecture #intelligence

The Power of Diversity: Lessons from Indonesia’s Favorite Snacks 🔹 In Indonesia, the diversity of kerupuk is incredible! Each variety of this delicious snack offers a unique texture, flavor, and story. This wonderfully reflects how our high-performing community is composed of members with varied and complementary talents. 🔹Here's a (shortened) tasty analogy to illustrate our team's richness: 1. Kerupuk Kulit: Represents our robustness and resilience. We can overcome any challenge. 2. Kerupuk Putih Kampung: Like this simple yet delicious snack, our fundamental skills are solid and reliable. 3. Kerupuk Mi: Flexibility and innovation personified! Transforming something ordinary into something extraordinary. 4. Kerupuk Udang: The specific expertise that brings a unique and indispensable flavor to our success. 5. Kerupuk Bawang: Adds a "kick" to our projects. These are the talents that make our work memorable. 🌶️ Just as an assortment of kerupuk offers a rich and varied culinary experience, our community, with its diverse talents, creates a dynamic work environment. Together, we are more than the sum of our parts! I remember a time when my team's flexibility, much like kerupuk mi, turned an ordinary challenge into an extraordinary success. It's these moments that highlight our collective strength. During our last project, the team's resilience, akin to kerupuk kulit, helped us navigate unforeseen challenges. This blend of talents ensured our success. Today’s CTC* 👉 How does your team reflect this diversity of talents? Share your experiences in the comments! *CTC: Call to Comment 😅 PS: I like all kerupuk. Hum, not that much with kerupuk kulit... What about you? Happy Jumat, Semua Orang Baik! Nama saya Fabrice Gaullieraka Om Bule 💙 Klik untuk mengikuti dan terhubung. #INsideAsiaPacific Rendang is a sumptuous dish originated from the Minangkabau ethic group in West Sumatra, Indonesia, and regarded as not only the food but the cultural heritage. To make the classic Rendang, the beef or buffalo meat needs to be simmered for at least 2 to 3 hours with the coconut milk and various spices. In the Minang dialect, "Rendang" means "slowly", which can be fully explained by its methodical cooking process carrying the philosophy of patience, wisdom, and persistence. Nowadays, Rendang has surpassed the borders of Indonesia and has become a must-have dish for Eid celebration in Southeast Asia. #InclusionAndDiversity #EidalAdha

🌐 Levner & Mom Intertwined (?) Just a week ago, we at Levner are working on a market research project to elaborate a certain product regarding whether it is a product-market fit or not. One of our activities focuses on putting this product on trial to be tasted by communities and individuals, so that we may learn the product's faults & strong points. 🧐 Coincidentally, being the Secretary General for Himpunan Nelayan Seluruh Indonesia, my mom (Lydia Assegaf) was eager to distribute these products to her team. Taking into account that this product's purpose is for emergency / portable food, her community was perfect for the case. Though there were many comments regarding our elaboration and the product, the activity was no less than insightful! ✅️ As consultants, its important to connect and be a part of a great network so that we may learn, gain, and benefit from one another. p.s. Thanks to Mila Cahyani & Jeanita Haldy for going all the way to serang for the survey! #business #consultant #marketresearch #networking #growth #consulting

building accessible tech education and social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Indonesia -- We're Hiring!
Just had a super insightful chat with Faishal Arif, CEO of Seakun; Muhammad Rafi Atqan, co-founder of Pandooin, and stevanus fanius from DANA Indonesia at Skilvul Skilhub Online Conference. We delved deep about figuring out the sweet spot between user needs and the Indonesian market. One standout insight is that Indonesians are very value-conscious (and no, it's not about being cheap, lol!). Consumers here seek products that offer a sense of premium quality at an affordable price point. Take the coffee industry, for example: we've witnessed the rise of coffee chains offering high-quality brews at fraction of the boutique cafe price. And it's not just coffee – think skincare, perfume, you name it. Premium products at affordable prices are where it's at. We also discussed the vital role of having top-notch customer service and building strong customer connections, especially in serving the Indonesian market. It's not just about keeping customers returning; Indonesians tend to expect value of being assisted and guided, so neglecting customer service could be detrimental to your business. Additionally, fostering these relationships allows us to gather valuable feedback for improving our offerings. In a nutshell, it's all about understanding the unique cultural and economic nuances that shape the Indonesian market. In a market as vibrant and diverse as Indonesia, understanding these nuances and adapting our approach accordingly is key to unlocking success! 💪🌟 #ProductMarketFit #SkilhubConference #Education
