And now something different for the holiday. Last month, "Pharma Bro" Martin Shkreli was hit with a trade secrets misappropriation lawsuit for livestreaming a digital copy of Wu-Tang Clan's "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" album after being forced to forfeit the only physical copy of the album in existence as part of the judgment in his securities fraud sentencing in 2018. The new owners of the album, digital art collective PleasrDAO, brought the suit. If you don't remember the story of Shkreli and this one-of-a-kind album, this will be a fun trip down memory lane. Shimmy Shimmy Ya and Happy 4th, everyone! And remember, Wu-Tang is for the children. My latest for Legaltech News | Law.com. https://lnkd.in/eT85pj3t
