Getting a no to the close question at the end of the call means you missed something earlier on. Take notes of why the prospect says no. Track the responses over a bigger data sample. If you see the same reason popping up often, change your questions upstream to pre handle it. If they are overwhelming in volume, go further upstream into the funnel/marketing to see why they keep saying the same thing. The prospect journey should be seamless from ad to close.
