I was Peered out. 😂 At the end of each phase of Ranger school (at least in my day), you force rank the members of your small group from best to worst, if everyone puts you at the bottom, you leave the group and must start that phase of Ranger school over again. This is very important when team cohesion can equal survival. Something corporate america might want to consider. When I tell you what my peers said, you will have a laugh, but remember at that time we were only getting one meal a day. A few comments were as follows: Ranger Campe won't stop talking about chow (food) Ranger Campe asked if he could eat some of my chow I think Ranger Campe took my chow (i didn't btw) Anyway, when your hungry, the last thing you want is a guy asking for some of your food lol. I get it, and it was very humbling, and frankly very needed. You should consider peer evaluations in areas where team cohesion is important, but you also must have the resolve to remove (or provide Coaching) to the team member of issue
