📄It’s a very promising innovation “𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠”: the simultaneous act of employing and not employing at the same time :) The first case in Silicon Valley. Thank you Gregoire for this insight. 👏On the other hand, OpenAI is the fastest company in the world which hit 1 million users in 5 days. At the same time, Sam Altman is the fastest founder who could solve corporate conflict just in one week. 👨💼If you are not Sam, write lawyers and double-check your shareholder agreement, and company governance terms.

🚨 Has Sam Altman told the truth about OpenAI’s NDA scandal?🚨 🔓Leaked documents reveal that OpenAI pressured departing employees to sign restrictive exit agreements or risk losing their vested equity—potentially worth millions. This aggressive tactic, uncommon in Silicon Valley, caused significant internal backlash. 🔓CEO Sam Altman issued an apology, clarifying that they’ve never clawed back anyone's equity and will not do so in the future. However, documents signed by Altman and other executives suggest they were aware of these provisions, contradicting their claims. 🔐OpenAI is now taking steps to rectify the situation by: - Removing non-disparagement clauses from departure agreements. - Reaching out to former employees to ensure they retain their vested equity.
