This semester, we're excited to push boundaries with our projects, initiatives, and the culture we cultivate. Here's what's happening: 🧑💻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀: We are working on two projects, Recip․io and Let's Lunch. Lets Lunch is all about creating new connections over the means of lunch time, and Recip․io is an application intended to mitigate food waste. We're not stopping there, though! Join our brainstorming session on February 20th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, as we seek out our next transformative project. ♻️ 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵: In partnership with Communitech, we're embarking on a new initiative to refurbish hardware, blending technology with sustainability. Interested in making a difference and getting hands-on experience with hardware? Don't miss our Interest Meeting on February 22nd, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. ✨ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀: Maintain Mason: Every Friday from 12 - 1 PM, we come together to pick up trash and beautify our campus at George Mason University with George Mason Student Government and others. It's a small act that makes a big difference, strengthening our bond and commitment to our community. Hackathons & Discord: We thrive on creativity and competition, regularly attending hackathons together to enable our spirit of innovation! Stay connected and plan for the next hackathon with us in our Discord. Whether you're passionate about technology, sustainability, or simply looking for a community that values action and improvement, T4G has something for you. Dive into our projects, make an impact with our initiatives, and contribute to a culture that cares. 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗕𝗠? 𝗡𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀! If you're in the Columbus, Ohio area on Wednesday, we'd love to see you at the Tech Support meetup! We're kicking off 2024 by discussing learning, learning plans, and upcoming events. What is the Tech Support meetup all about? Tech Support, supporting the softer side of tech, provides a space for those in Tech to support others in Tech. Our aim is to discuss and share all the things that go with being a tech professional. Have questions about how to find a better job, how to find clients, or where to start in the Tech field? We'll do our best to cover those topics at our monthly meetings. We'll dive into topics like public speaking and what conferences are worthwhile. Not sure where to go next in your career? We'll talk about it. Learning from others' mistakes and sharing our paths to success helps demystify our industry and allows us to grow.

There's still time to register for our latest Hackathon Tour stop.👌🏼 This week we're in Denver and will be joined by our partners at 🔬 The Practice Lab! This is an event you won’t want to miss, this is not a regular hackathon but a SUPER hackathon! 🦸🏼 Ever heard the expression “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.”? Well in enablement we lead a lot of horses to water, just to watch them not drink… Or rather; lead a bunch of sellers to [exactly what they need to do differently to succeed], just to watch them [keep selling the way they’ve always sold and get the results they’ve always gotten]. It’s painful, it’s maddening, and it’s almost universal across every sales team out there. 😠 So what gives? Why are people whose income depends on performance so hesitant to implement training that would improve their performance? And what can you do about it? You’ll get insight into those questions and more at this event, called ‘Hacking Behavior Change” ⌚Date & Time: July 23rd from 1-4pm MST 🗺️Location: Oracle Office, 7700 Technology Way, Denver CO 80237 🖊️Register: https://lnkd.in/esfDYcrS Happy hour to follow for more networking - details to come. 👀 #Enablement #SalesEnablement #RevenueEnablement #Practice #TheEnablementSquad

🔔: #ASCUEConfNetworkTips When you go for conferences what do you do? Do you just sit down? Today, on the Association Supporting Computer Users in Education (ASCUE) Conference Networking Tips 4, you have to learn that when you go for conferences, "Ask Questions". "Try to engage others by asking questions about their work, projects, or areas of expertise. People generally enjoy talking about their passions and experiences".
