Day 2 of Lennox Days of Good was nothing short of inspiring as our employees continued to make an incredible impact through volunteer activities worldwide! ❤️ Teams partnered with Operation Warm to provide brand-new winter coats for children in need, helping keep them warm and ready for the season ahead. ❤️ Volunteers joined forces with Habitat for Humanity International to build homes, providing families with safe, affordable housing. ❤️ Local food banks also saw the generosity of Lennox employees in action as teams packed and distributed meals to those facing food insecurity. From building homes to fighting hunger, our employees have shown the power of coming together to support those in need. Check out this impressive helicopter lift used to position Lennox Commercial VRF units at a hotel in South Carolina! 👀 This is part of an ongoing project between Platinum Air Systems of GA and Midwest Helicopter Airways to remove the old cooling equipment and replace it with new Lennox and CaptiveAire Systems DOAS units. An undertaking like this requires careful planning and execution, and Platinum Air Systems of GA's expertise ensured the operation went smoothly from start to finish. The Lennox VRF systems will provide the hotel with energy-efficient, flexible climate control, helping to create a more comfortable environment for guests year-round. We're so excited about the inaugural "Lennox Days of Good" companywide volunteer initiative, which kicks off next week! We had a fantastic time at Lennox Family Night with the Frisco RoughRiders last weekend! ⚾🎉 It was great seeing so many employees and their families enjoy an evening at the ballpark. Recently, CEO Alok Maskara, along with Jon Vander Ark and Sivasankaran ‘Soma’ Somasundaram, the newest members of our Board of Directors, visited our Home Comfort Solutions (HCS) and new Lennox Commercial HVAC sites in Saltillo, Mexico. The team at the HCS plant organized a tour to highlight the innovative projects in development, underscoring our ongoing commitment to excellence and product innovation. The tour of our new Commercial HVAC facility showcased the expansion of our commercial manufacturing capabilities. Thanks to our teams in both locations for their hard work and hospitality. Through our HR rotational program and meaningful partnerships, we believe in equipping the next generation of leaders with hands-on experiences. Recently, we hosted a Mystery Dinner for Mays Business School - Texas A&M University graduate students, offering a unique opportunity to dive into the world of HR. Led by members of our Legal team, the evening focused on the fundamentals of employee investigations—an essential aspect of human resources. Students gained valuable insights and resources to better understand how HR functions within a company like Lennox.
