I read something somewhere that said something like, "the first of anything you do is going to suck, but you have to do the first one to do the second one, to do the tenth one, to do the hundredth one, and along the way you will get better". So here is my first cooking video, and indeed, looking at it, there is a lot to improve, from what I said, to what I did, to how I took the video, and how I edited it, but all that notwithstanding, here it is. It was several years in the making, not because it takes that long to do, but because I came up with every possible excuse not to do it... "I don't have the camera", "I need a microphone", "what will I call it", "what will I say", "what will I sound like", "what will I look like", "how will I edit it", "how will I publish it", etc., etc., etc...
