🌟 Exciting Opportunity: Compliance Program Manager II Role 🌟
Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Monitoring, Reporting, and Financial Oversight
• Lead the development of compliance and reporting processes for critical settlement reports.
• Oversee end-to-end processes, ensuring secure data sharing with 3rd Party Reviewers.
• Collaborate with outside counsel legal teams aligning reports with Meta’s long-term policies.
• Manage the MSA process completion with 3rd party reviewers agreed upon between Meta and Government Stakeholders.
• Monitor Guidehouse’s invoicing submissions, ensuring timely payouts and handling escalations.
• Assist in budget estimates required for 3rd Party Reviewers.
2. Project Coordination and Management
• Be the primary owner for submitting 2 major reports, actively involved in long-term compliance planning.
• Develop templates and processes for tracking team responsibilities, stakeholder requests, and historical records.
• Coordinate strategic meetings, requests with Outside Council, and 3rd party reviewers.
• Handle the transfer of information, data, and inquiries from 3rd party reviewers to relevant engineer teams.
3. Communication and Presentation
• Participate in frequent high-pressure meetings with 3rd Party Reviewers.
• Prepare talking points and coordinate communication between engineer experts, outside counsel, and 3rd parties.
• Develop and write bi-weekly HPMs.
4. Program Management
• Coordinate projects, detailing plans, and directing technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees, overseeing staff development and competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications.
• Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for support and constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and effective goods distribution.
• Business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Computer software proficiency, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
