Construction Safety Week is coming to an end, and what a week it has been. Companies all over the country have been participating in safety talks, meetings, and events designed to enhance their safety culture, and Lean Construction Services is here for it! This years’ theme was a strong one and hit home to many …. “Value Every Voice” – what does that mean to you? We think it stresses the importance of listening to your fellow worker. Taking the time to stop, really hear what they are saying, and taking action that shows you heard them. When it comes to safety, there is NOTHING more important than listening, understanding, and supporting the people around you. At the end of the day, we all want to get home safely, and if we value each other, and respect the voices we all have, our chances will be much higher. Safety is a collaborative effort, so value every voice! #ConstructionSafetyWeek2024 #SafetyMatters #SafetyFirst #ValueEveryVoice

It’s National Construction Safety Week and we are recognizing the industry’s commitment to providing a safe work environment for all. Teams across our jobsites and in the office are joining together for safety stand downs to focus on the importance of safe construction practices. Safety is our number one priority and we are committed to implementing safe practices to ensure everyone goes home at the end of the day. It’s up to each of us to never let our guard down, to understand the impact of our actions, and to make certain that every decision, operation, and project is built on safety. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #WeBuildConfidence
