And they don't revert to mails! My issue: - Ordered an item costing 3000+. - Was delivered dirty old used clothes. - After several attempts managed to raise a return request due to wrong and used item delivered. - after 1 month of pick up they informed that item did not pass quality check. How is it supposed to pass QC when a correct item was not delivered at all? After facing the issue, I saw many other people have reported refund issues. Suchi Mukherjee are you aware of this situation that many of your customers are facing? Extremely disappointed. Never had such a displeasing experience from any online portal, no matter how big/small!
