Favorite Moments I have a number from my 10 weeks here, but this immediately made the list. Yesterday I had lunch with Sasha Morozova, our head of Atlanta market and exceptional business developer, and her lovely daughter, along with my daughter, Julia, near our NY office. Talking about business development and marketing while also parenting is something I rarely get to do with colleagues. Over the years, my close CMO friends have met my children, but my kids have rarely met the people I’ve worked with. My kids grew up listening to work conversations when I ran my own companies, but this was a different and wonderful experience. It was truly a joy and I’m grateful we have such talented leaders and loving parents across Riveron. Strong relationships with colleagues and clients encourage us to give 120%. Loving getting to know our people better and helping them succeed even more. #RiveronLife #WorkLifeBalance #BusinessDevelopment #Marketing
I absolutely love this, Linda Orton! I had an in person meeting this week where me and Shannon Mutschler talked about this very thing. What a wonderful opportunity for you as a mother to share with your children! 🎉 as a new mom (my son is 10 months) - I am inspired!
Love this girl/woman power representing Riveron!
Very cool - thanks for Sharing - many companies say they care about families, it seems like Riveron actually encourages and welcomes families. Very nice to see !!
How incredibly special…and how is Julia so grown up!?
legal marketing - it's a "family" thing! Riveron sounds like a fabulous place. Glad you landed there nicely, Linda.
I love this!
Love this!

1wLinda Orton This is so wonderful to see! It's all too rare to find companies that prioritize nurturing their employees' families and actively seek to bring them into "the fold." It's a wonderful opportunity for the people you love to experience what you actually DO at work and feel like they're part of a larger family, as opposed to hearing about your day over dinner and not seeing the impact you're making in your profession. 😊
