My sister helps keep conversations focused on family matters, providing a balanced perspective. While building something new, we’re enjoying the fruits of our labor. Isn’t that why we work so much? Persevering through those long days that are filled with calls, documentation, and creation? 🌸 I want to provide value to those in my life, whether it be professionally or personally. These characters in the picture, they may drive me bonkers when I am on a strategy call, hollering “CANNON BALL” as they jump in the pool beside my home office, but I’ve got to separate #WFH and jump in myself from time to time. Or at least plan beach days and trips to Sky Zone Trampoline Park sprinkled through the week. It’s not perfectly balanced when you build business. Any #techstartup founder will tell you the same. I find value in building relationships to leverage their talents so that my team expands our bandwidth. Sure, we could try to do it all, but we’d miss out on beautiful sunsets like these.
