I think line Vision has it right in that they would go in and talk to the head of transmission in a utility and say, look, we are not here to replace your plans to build new transmission lines. We need new transmission lines. What we're here to do is help you get the most out of your existing system so that you know in a more intelligent fashion where to build new lines. If you can fix the transmission constraint where you're going to build and do a line, don't build a new line there, build a new line. Where you need to put new generation O The utilities have generally been very open to the idea of this combination of we need new lines and we need grid enhancing technologies to help us understand where those new lines need to go.
