Back on the mat training Krav, and it feels so good to make contact with the pads! This drill focuses on movement, agility, angles, and footwork—all crucial in self-defense. Footwork doesn’t always get the attention it needs, but it’s the most fundamental aspect of any martial art. No technique will be effective without first getting into the right position and range. Footwork allows you to move into more advantageous positions while preventing your opponent from doing the same. Proper footwork provides balance, speed, power, and control; it’s both offensive and defensive. Master your footwork, and you’ll elevate your entire skill set. #selfdefense #fight #fightback #martialarts #kravmaga #training #trainhard #train #mindset #alwaysastudent #learning #neverstop #nevergiveup #protector #lioness #instructor #defender Kevin L. What she is doing falls very short for effect real world fight training Get her in Redman fight gear and then get her stress level up with realist attack response training What she is doing is futile & lame

In my experience in the martial arts over the last 30 years as a third-degree black belt in a panic situation most people just start swatting at flies. It takes a special individual to keep a cool head and to be able to think about all the techniques or the one bread and butter technique that you always have in your bag I still think of gun as your best defense, but it is nice to know just to have the knowledge of the arts. knowledge is power💥

So true. Whether it's using them as hooks in grappling, planting properly for hard striking, or in the proper defensive position to stuff a takedown, your footwork will show how serious you take whatever martial art you're training.
