Back at MSC, we're tearing down barriers left, right, and center. Our business is booming with new opportunities, showcasing that what we offer is not only needed but valued by our clients. We’re not just expanding; we’re evolving and making significant inroads in the FM sector. This week, we welcome a game-changing new member to our team. I'll keep the suspense a bit longer to let them settle in, but believe me, this addition marks us as one of the most diverse and skilled sales teams around. Reflecting on the past seven months since the passing of our beloved founder, my father, Lionel Osborne, I am both moved and inspired by how our team has stepped up during this period of transition. I’m so excited… and I just can’t hide it. 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 (𝐑𝐄)𝐒𝐄𝐓. 𝐀 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝!!!   Today I couldn’t be more excited. Because what could be more exciting than what we have achieved in the last 5 years? What could be more exciting than starting a company, building it up from 0 to 50 without ANY external money, and all this whilst facing COVID and the War in Ukraine? What could be more exciting than building this without making ANY compromises to our mission? Without ever trading impact for Euros? (not even once !) What could be more exciting than the wonderful feedback we receive every day from our partners and our clients (now north of one hundred per year)? What about signing our first 7 figure contract? And what could be more exciting than bringing together the amazing talents who now form the (RE)SET team, helping them grow, fighting altogether for what we believe in? For what we think is 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐲.    Only one thing could be more exciting. More inspiring: Being sure that we will have the resources to be 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 and scale the impact we can have. Today, I’m celebrating being recognized as a Rising Star for "trailblazing excellence in diversity integration" through #theupside100. While I am honored to be included, this achievement didn’t happen overnight. I've leveraged my experiences (for better or worse!) to co-create Fierce Up into the growing powerhouse it is today. While I'm thrilled with our current success, I want to emphasize that it was a journey, not an overnight accomplishment. So, what brought me here? 🌟An Inside-Out Approach: I harnessed this strategy early in my fundraising days, starting from the core (values, team, vision, closest allies) and working outward. 🤸♀️ Flexibility in a Framework: Many roads lead to Rome. It’s crucial to know where we want to end up and even plan a path to get there. But then, let go of expectations! The path will have twists and turns, but adaptability is key as long as we’re heading in the right direction. 🏞️ Der Weg ist das Ziel: This German saying translates to “the journey is the destination,” so why not enjoy the ride?! This is my personal version of YOLO.
