Today, I had a conversation with my 🎸Dad. He has worn so many hats since his youth. Some- include mailman, radiologic technologist , CEO and Ect… I asked him- how in the world was the hiring done when he had his company/HMO that (he built from the bottom up) sold for millions of dollars? He told me, generally two interviews. The hiring manager and leader/ head of that team. That was before companies were just handed millions and people had to work hard and smart for years to accomplish. Companies were very successful before using the practices they had to hire.
