Automation taken to another level: www.rmote.health
Revolutionising Primary NHS Care with Patient-Led Automation 🌟🚀
In today's digital age, the power of automation is transforming industries across the board. But what if I told you that the next big leap in healthcare could come from patient-led automation? 🤖💡
Imagine a world where an app, designed by and for patients, could streamline primary NHS care, making it more efficient and patient-centric. Here’s how this innovation can make a difference:
🌍 Empowering Patients: By using a patient-led app, individuals can take charge of their health journey. They can book appointments, access medical records, and even receive personalised health advice at their fingertips.
⌛ Reducing Waiting Times: Automation in primary NHS care can cut down on administrative tasks, allowing healthcare professionals to focus on what truly matters – patient care. Fewer delays mean faster treatments and better outcomes!
📊 Improving Data Accuracy: With automated data entry and management, the likelihood of errors decreases. This ensures that healthcare providers have accurate, up-to-date information to make informed decisions.
🔄 Enhancing Continuity of Care: An integrated app can seamlessly connect patients with multiple healthcare providers, ensuring that their care is consistent and well-coordinated, no matter where they are.
💬 Facilitating Communication: Automated reminders, notifications, and messaging through the app can keep patients informed and engaged, leading to higher adherence to treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
This isn't just a tech upgrade; it's a paradigm shift. Patient-led automation isn’t about replacing the human touch – it's about enhancing it, making primary NHS care more responsive and personalised.
Let’s embrace the potential of automation to build a healthcare system that listens, learns, and leads with the patient at its heart. ❤️🔧

Today, I had the privilege of attending KML's Top 30 Under 30 Summit. Thank you The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto and Sam for giving me and my colleagues this opportunity. And congratulations to Aaron for the well-deserved award! We're so proud of you! 🎉
I arrived already expecting to learn, but the panel sessions far exceeded my expectations. I'm excited to share my key takeaways:
📝"Diversity" extends beyond race, age, and gender orientation to include learning abilities. Most people who work in FOH are experiential learners, retaining information better through hands-on experience. Training should be tailored accordingly, rather than relying solely on PowerPoint slides or written materials.
📝Encourage every associate to collaborate and contribute to changes; give them a sense of purpose.
📝When hiring, shift the focus from "Will they stay?" to "How do we retain them?"; what we should be looking for, especially in the service industry, is Authenticity.
📝Going Green— This shouldn't mean taking away amenities or putting the burden on the guests in any way, it means offering an alternative.
📝Pre-Shifts— the hallmark of service excellence; setting the mood for associates and keeping them informed impacts guest's experiences more than you think.

We're sold out... AGAIN! and taking pre-orders... AGAIN!
Selling out of product can be such a polarizing feeling:
🍸 On one hand, I feel a sense of pride! What we're doing is working & people want to try our product! We did that, Kylie Vonnahme 👏
🍸 On the other hand, I feel frantic. We need more stock! Let's put pressure on our manufacturing and co-packing partners for quicker turn around! We need to change our marketing messaging! *making a mental note to get better at projections* The list goes on.
BUT... seeing those pre-orders rolling in DEFINITELY makes it better!! GO PRE-ORDER NOW @ un-supplements.com 🥂
Memorial Day Weekend was a success... such a success that we're SOLD OUT! Don't worry, we have another batch in production that should be ready to ship by June 21st. Go pre-order now @ un-supplements.com 🥂

Sometimes just taking a deep breath and engaging in our playful sides is exactly what we need to reset and reengage in news ways in the business. Love this reminder Hayley that laughter, creativity, teamwork, and play can have a significant impact on our connections and our joy.

One of Transcend's team commitments is "Joy," and I truly experienced that during our Tri-annual meeting earlier this month. Jaci, Kevin, and Mike organized a scavenger hunt that included rollerblading, a gondola ride over Spokane Falls, and a merry-go-round ride - and those were just the first three stops!
It was a fantastic reminder to embrace joy in everything we do… which is even sweeter when your team wins the competition! Special shout-out to Craig, Makenzie, and Kevin for that. 🥇
Here’s to more fun and memorable moments.
We are momentum-based beings, so focusing on the pleasure we get from a win....
no matter how minor, motivates us to experience more of the same.
This is why I believe that celebrating wins is important!
They serve as a reminder of how far you've come with your homecare agency...
and will give you even more drive to keep reaching for higher and higher goals.
What's the latest win that you've gotten lately? Big or small?
Comment below and let's celebrate it!
