How can we bridge the gap between what we’re giving students today and what they will need to be successful in the future? Although there are many possible solutions to the challenge, at Elite Leadership Academy, we believe in the power that qualitative and value-based education/training and mentorship have in preparing students to thrive in the future regardless of what the landscape would look like. For ELA, that means launching a comprehensive and experiential learning program with a specific focus on equipping Muslim teenagers with essential practical skills for success beyond secondary school. It is a faith-based program aimed at facilitating holistic transformation for every student who participates in our program. With future skills embedded in our training curricula, we combine essential life and leadership skills with practical implementation pathways to guide our students toward positive behavioral patterns and empower them to thrive in all aspects of life.

📣 We are excited to inform all school leaders, educators, and staff about the Compassionate School Leadership Academy (CSLA). It is designed to help you create a more positive school culture and environment for students and staff by providing school-wide practices. 🏫 We are happy to introduce the S-CCATE survey, which was created to support and assist you in your work. By taking the S-CCATE survey, you will receive valuable feedback and insights that can help you improve your teaching practices and support your students' learning. But don't just take our word for it; here's what one principal said: "S-CCATE helped our administrators identify our strengths and areas where we needed to focus on improving our school culture. It is an empowering tool." If you want to improve your school culture and teaching practices, the S-CCATE survey is an excellent way to get feedback and insights. Once seven or more staff members complete the S-CCATE, your school will receive a free, individualized Action Guide worth over $2,000. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in free training, technical assistance, and coaching opportunities. Try it out and witness the difference it can make! And there he is now… standing next to me at the end of 2023 and receiving a “High Achiever” Award based on his excellent performance during the foundation year. The #school district calendar is an essential tool for planning around FUNDING! However, it was never intended to measure #student achievement. In fact, relying solely on the district calendar can hinder our ability to help students succeed. As someone who has learned to create their own timeline, I can attest to the power of operating in a way that prioritizes student achievement. By taking control of our own timelines, we can better tailor our efforts to meet the unique needs of our students.
