I am not sure if this is not happening at your work place, but in most cases these tradesmen take too long to solve a breakdown. An (Electrician and a Fitter)🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Here are some tips to overcome the great war betwin "Sparks-man and Fitter"👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️👷♂️ Electricians and fitters often work together to solve problems related to machinery and equipment that use both mechanical and electrical components. While both professions have their own areas of expertise, they may disagree on the best approach to solve a particular problem. One possible reason why electricians and fitters may argue when trying to solve a problem is that they may have different perspectives on the issue. Electricians may focus more on electrical components and may be more familiar with the electrical systems of the machinery or equipment. Fitters, on the other hand, may focus more on mechanical components and may be more familiar with the mechanical systems of the machinery or equipment. Another possible reason for disagreements is that electricians and fitters may have different training and experience. They may have different methods or techniques for troubleshooting and problem-solving, and may feel that their approach is the best one. Furthermore, there may be differences in the way electricians and fitters communicate. They may use different technical terms or jargon, or they may have different communication styles. This can sometimes lead to misunderstandings or confusion when trying to work together to solve a problem. It is important for electricians and fitters to work collaboratively and respect each other's expertise. By sharing their knowledge and experience, they can often arrive at the best solution to a problem. Good communication and a willingness to listen to each other's perspectives can also help to reduce disagreements and improve working relationships.

Is a mechanic a mechanic a mechanic. Really like the guy who owns the local shop, let’s call him Jay, not his real name. Amazing work. $220/hr is worth every penny. Haven’t met all the staff and I don’t need to. I know when Jay tells me that he will solve an issue - I can call it done. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes it takes an extra couple days. Sometimes Jay finds something else and it’s over budget. Broke a cv and the left and right shafts had fused together. Twice the cost. Nasty surprise. Jay couldn’t know until he tried to pull it apart. See, I don’t hire Jay so the project is always on budget. I certainly don’t hire Jay so the project cost is the cheapest. And I don’t hire Jay so there is no struggle. I hire Jay to solve a problem. The moment that I lose sight of that, then I’ll be gambling with new mechanics, fighting about rates, pinching every penny due to rising costs, repeatedly battling broken projects, stressed dealing with people I don’t trust - just like many of the people that I tow out of the ditch while on the trail.

#Know_how_the_electrical_system_works_while_drilling in the engineering world electricians play the role "wizard" it's always hubrah kadubruh ✨✨✨ and just like that thing begin to work. always moving around with I lite bag , a tester and some insulation tape. am not sure what your trade ratio is 👇🏽 per crew: 5 mechanics🧰 2 electricians✨ 1 welder or boiler maker🥽 OR 7 mechanics🧰 1 electrician ✨ 2welder or boiler maker🥽 OR 2 mechanics🧰 2 electrians✨ 1 welder or boiler maker🥽 let me know your crew ratios in the comments. anyways they's always a time when you're on a machine and have no sight of our wizard friends and all we need is a little magic ✨ , it's always important to know the basics of every field related it helps in times of #emergencies #safety and #breakdownoperations . you wouldn't be the jack of all trades but you just might be the go to person in times of need. as a team they're is need that we understand what our crew members work on be it #dangers_of 1. working with high pressure pipes and components 2.working with explosives or highly flammable liquids or gass 3. working with live high voltage cable or equipment 4.how to stop a machine in motion. how to handle all the three. be safe learn the basics.

Helping construction companies protect their workers → stop lecturing about rules and start teaching people how to believe in safety | I’ll show you how | Curious about my services? DM me
When it comes to safety, curiosity is as vital as the processes you put in place. This is one of the biggest mistakes that will happen ↓ You'll see a safety person out in the field with a checklist And they're gonna go down to do an inspection or see what kind of work is being done by say... a welder or… a pipe fitter Even though that safety person has never been a welder or a pipe fitter in their previous line of work. They could have never touched a single tool in their lives and spent every working minute behind a computer... And they're gonna go and tell this crusty old pipe fitter that he's doing things unsafely and how he can do it differently? Or an ironworker? Or a rigger? It could be any trade. Any trade that requires years of on-the-job experience to learn how to do. I don’t think so! When I’m talking about curiosity It’s about understanding ↙ 1. What they're doing 2. Why they're doing it 3. And the way they're doing it That's why understanding the trades is so important in this line of work and it’s one of the biggest things missing from modern safety. You can’t bring cubicle workers to a job site and expect their training to take them the entire way. It just won’t work. Approach with curiosity, not compliance. If you agree… Hit that repost button ♻️ What do you think? Tell me below. #leadership #safety #health #psychology
