In the midst of a particularly busy day yesterday, I had time to catch up with my old (well actually he’s young) friend, Graham Bensinger, for lunch on the rooftop of the Refinery Hotel. When I met him a little less than a decade ago, he was a young man with a vision and a business that was holding on by a thread. Today, he’s an Emmy award winner, his business is thriving and he’s on the cusp of becoming the Barbara Walters of the 21st Century. His interviews with the cultural icons of our era are not to be missed. I told him at lunch that I was proud of him because of his tenacity and his committment to his vision and I meant it. He’s reinvented “must watch” interviews and proved the many skeptics he encountered along the way to be wrong. 👏🏽 His eponymous interview series, “In Depth with Graham Bensinger” (https://lnkd.in/e_GzJrpi) is now syndicated in virtually all local markets and available on several streaming platforms including Amazon Prime, Roku and Freevee. The most recent episode of In Depth, “Five Months with Logan Paul” (https://lnkd.in/ems3cCd3) dropped last evening and is a testament to the depth and investment of time that Graham is willing to go to really get the story. With so many interviews today stuck at surface level due to time and economic pressures, Graham and his team have perfected a very different business model that delivers insights and behind the scenes views into the lives of those he interviews that creates a truly immersive experience for his growing audience. This is journalism at its finest and I highly reccomend subscribing if you don’t already.
the world needs more people like u 2 gentleman
Just watched the Logan Paul episode. Will be following Graham here on out. I’m such a fan of quality journalism and interviewing.
I really enjoyed the interviews with CEO of Starwood Capital Group, Barry Sternlicht.
I was lucky enough to help with some early interviews for Graham…so proud of him…Lee Moore, Vice President Celebrity players golf tour.
Congrats Graham! Always look forward to seeing your interviews! We Grahams should stick together!
