Principals, Special Education Directors, and School Districts: Special education teachers, general education teachers, and parents should be working together to education students with disabilities in the "Least Restrictive Environment ("LRE"). Students with disabilities should be educated to the maximum extent with students who are not disabled. The 9th Circuit has established the "Rachel H" test to assist in determining whether the student's placement is the LRE. The Rachel H test includes consideration of: 1. Educational benefits in regular classroom supplemented with appropriate aids and services; 2. Non-academic benefits of interaction with typical peers; 3. Effect on teacher & children in the regular education classroom; and 4. Costs of providing the supplementary aids and services necessary in the regular classroom. Make sure to provide a thorough analysis for each of these elements next time you are determining the placement of a student. #specialeducationlaw #specialeducation #education #schooldistricts

Educational Consultant- Early childhood educators trainer- Jolly phonics and Grammar trainer Egypt- Middle east at Jolly Learning UK
Are you curious about the professionals who work with children aged 2-8 years old? These educators are known as "early childhood educators" or "early years educators." They are trained to provide age-appropriate instruction and care to young children. In some countries, they may also be referred to as "preschool teachers," "kindergarten teachers," or "primary school teachers" depending on the educational system and the specific age group they work with. It's important to note that this category of educators falls under the umbrella of YL.
