As I start to edge towards the end of my working 2023, I started to consider all the great things that have happened this year and more importantly for me who that has been done with.. I have been lucky enough to work with so many amazing people throughout the year but working with this group of people has been absolutely fantastic.. Highlights for me are 1) We have delivered systemic improvements that have seen benefits to customers, colleagues and the business. Delivering all is the perfect outcome 2) We have delivered 3 leadership programmes inline with enabling a CI culture 3) Through of one day awareness programmes we have certified 104 colleagues to LCS1A which means all these colleagues now have the basic knowledge & experience to identify waste and failure which could be impacting customers, colleagues or the business 4) Moving into our beautiful new home in Calon. This picture makes me think we are guests on the one show but is simply one of many areas we can get together to talk In reality the list endless. Every time we get together as a team we always discussing what more we can do to improve the lives of those we interact with. Very honoured to have had a great year working with great people.. All for one, one for all. We walked into a new and different challenge yesterday, and that was to join the talent show at our kickoff party. And yes, we won first place! YAY! But rewind to day 1 of practice. A lot of our team members were unsure: not all have the talent for singing, not all can commit to extra hours of practice face-to-face, and not all have the extra energy to spend on this. Some dreaded the practice, some highly energized, until slowly everyone's putting in effort and participating 100%. We counted on each other's delivery as much as they counted on their leadership team. They trusted their leaders would lead them to victory. There was a unified effort toward the goals set, and we saw it through to the end to accomplish them. Each one had a role to play, singing, dancing, buying water bottles during practice, and creating the background video, among others. We were unified in our effort to do well and win. All for one, one for all. Major key here! I cannot tell you how many times clients tell me how they only want to target C-Suite because "those are the decision makers." I almost always advise against it (at least at scale or with some kind of automation). It's true that they might have the final say, but you need to map the whole buying committee out. Quite often the person doing research, sitting on demos, and pitching your solution internally is not in the C-Suite. Get your foot in the door with someone who is more junior (who likely has a much emptier calendar and far less inbound spam in their inbox) and turn them into your champion. That way when you do speak to the person in charge, all they have to do is rubber stamp their team's decision and write a check!

👥 On 06/11, a meeting was held with Natalia Holubnycha and Liliia Dubas, where they discussed team resilience and ways to increase it for better efficiency and adaptability. 🏢 In order to increase team resilience, the Teva company conducted research on leadership style and the potential of managers, as well as the quality of team interaction. The key findings were: ✅ Self-acceptance ✅ Mutual support ✅ Identifying strengths ✅ Conscious decisions 💬 Liliia Dubas emphasized the importance of feedback for the development of top managers and improving team interaction. 💡 But if you: 🖇 Only expect positivity; 🖇 Are not ready to listen to opinions; 🖇 Do not provide an action plan; 🖇 Do not support talents, then you are not ready for change, and it's better not to start such a process in the company! 🔹 The experts compared resilience to a marathon - the ability to move forward despite difficulties.
