Imagine it's your first day in a new job. You enter a room where all of your team are sitting and you are clearly different from other people who are inside that room. You raise your hand and the manager of the room calls on you, but as soon as they do you're interrupted. You try again and your ideas are brushed away. What would you do? Well the evidence tells us you will do one of four things. Either one you will embrace dissents and get into arguments which will damage your well-being and also that around in the group. The 2nd is that you'll fall silent and you might even be labeled an introvert. The third is that you might choose to quit, and the 4th is that you might conform. It all of these four scenarios, the organization does not get the benefit of your diverse perspective. But what if on that first day, you enter the room and you had an inclusive leader in front of you? When you raised your hand, they leaned in with curiosity, making sure that you weren't interrupted. It was clear that they were actively listening. At the LSC Executive Inclusive Leadership Course, we will be teaching you to become that inclusive leader. People tend to think that. Inclusion is a fluffy concept, but there's actually hard evidence behind it. So if you have two organizations which are otherwise identical, same industry, same product, the organization that goes higher in terms of inclusion also performs better. In my section of the course, you will learn how to measure inclusion, how it relates to happiness and ultimately how both relate to the bottom line of business. This course is all about data-driven approach to diversity and inclusion and how can you take that data-driven approach and apply it into your own organization in today's. Society AI is advancing at a fast pace. In this course, we will teach you how to use AI effectively to improve inclusive practices in your organization. Why should you do this course in person? First, we are a dedicated social science university, meaning that every single faculty member you meet is dedicated to bringing the lessons of social science to you in a way that will enable you to become a more inclusive leader. You'll be starting with a cohort of like minded individuals who care about inclusive leadership. You will learn about cutting edge research on inclusive leadership taught by experts who are at the forefront of this field. During this course. In Person will help you foster important connections with inclusive leaders. Will be part of your professional network in the years to come.
