🌟 Reflecting on an Insightful Panel Discussion at the Automotive Logistics and Supply Chain Summit in Bonn, Germany 🚗 On Wednesday 20th March, I had the privilege to participate in an engaging panel discussion alongside industry experts at the Automotive Logistics and Supply Chain Summit in Bonn, Germany . Hosted by Christopher Ludwig, Chief Content Officer at Ultima Media, our panel comprised esteemed professionals including Jean-Marc Carlicchi, Vice President Supply Chain Engineering at the Renault Group, Michelle Carter MSc, MCIPS,Supply Chain Director Europe, Asia and RSA at IAC Group, and Nurettin Erdogan, Europe Automotive Sector Leader at CEVA Logistics. Our focus was on "Planning a resilient supply chain and seeing the big picture in the automotive sector." Together, we delved deep into the strategies and innovations transforming supply chain management in the automotive industry.   We discussed the importance of mastering #Agility as the primary competence to bring about resilience in the supply chain, and the fundamental attributes of the #DigitalTwin of the supply chain: Transparency, Velocity, Collaboration, Adaptability and Intelligence.   One of the key takeaways was the imperative for collaboration and long-term partnerships across the supply chain ecosystem. In an era of unprecedented challenges and disruptions, fostering robust alliances and collective efforts is paramount to building resilient, sustainable, and flexible supply chains.   I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful discussion and look forward to continuing the dialogue on shaping the future of automotive logistics.   A heartfelt thanks to the organizers, fellow panelists, and attendees for making this event a resounding success.
