I was reviewing a website for a user experience research proposal and identified issues with finding information about its wide range of services and understanding the differences between them. A "happy" customer testimonial highlighted the issue wonderfully with this statement "If you need to 'feel better' but feel intimidated by the menu? Go see them and they will walk you through what you need." It was hidden in plain sight. Even happy customers can point out areas that need work.
