We touched on topical subjects and an extraordinary alignment kept repeating itself topic after topic, amazed and impressed I listened and responded; amazing things are happening one after the other in these months. The book by Luca Baiguini "𝙁𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝙋𝘼𝘾𝙀 𝘾𝙊𝙉 𝙄𝙇 𝙋𝙊𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙀 " offers a clear, realistic, and unbiased exploration of power dynamics, distinguishing between reality and idealized narratives. As a People Management professor and political scientist, Luca delves into the complexities of power and leadership with great passion. He underscores the distinction between power as a fundamental element of human relationships and leadership as a form of power based on consensus. Luca dismantles illusions about leadership and reassesses power as an essential element in human and business relationships. Furthermore, he explores different forms of leadership, including charismatic, ideological, and pragmatic leadership. Together with HUGO BOSS around the world, Politecnico di Milano is my second home, filled with warmth and emotion.
