Last week we hosted our Retail Council event, bringing together Retail Heads from our Network Banks and the leadership team from the head office Raiffeisen Bank International AG It was a great opportunity to align our digital transformation efforts across the Group! We had a comprehensive overview of our 2024 roadmap, emphasizing three key domains of our strategy. We also discussed the digital maturity of our Group, considering both internal metrics as well as external benchmarking. We recognized the opportunity to create smoother onboarding journeys, improve digital sales offerings, prioritize experimentation to tailor and personalize customer experiences and enhance digital commerce across all countries, ultimately ensuring that our customers have easier access to our services - anytime, anywhere. Our aim is to deliver exceptional service by empowering local teams while fostering group-wide collaboration.   I am optimistic that the outcomes of these discussions will positively influence the implementation of our Retail Strategy 2024!
