Do you ever feel small and unnoticed? Just for a minute, consider how perspective is playing a part in this. Just like the sun, you are powerful and magnificent. Through life we carry teachings, often without knowing or choice. For example, as children if we’re taught to steady the ship first and tend to our own needs and wants last, that can create a pattern that’s hard to break. We each have such individual pathways through life. Our histories and communities add another level of detail to our experiences. I'm sharing this video because it's filled with powerful insights that I believe can make a real difference. In the video, the word 'idiot' is used, but personally, I strive to avoid this word. Instead, I prefer terms like 'misinformed,' 'uninformed,' or simply acknowledge a 'lack of knowledge or awareness.' We've all been in situations where we didn't have all the information, and I've certainly been there myself.   Kindness and compassion represent an evolved way of thinking. It's important to recognize that adopting these values doesn't happen overnight. It's a gradual process. As we progress through life and make small, consistent adjustments towards being kinder and more compassionate, I truly believe we can make the world a better place.
