Dyslexics are incredible problem solvers. Just as Jo Malone says in this brilliant piece of #WednesdayWisdom, where others see problems, we often see solutions. This makes us super valuable members of any team in the workplace or project group in the classroom. Where there is a problem. I only see a solution. However, people like to be told what to do or where is the manual to follow. I hate reading so I say just show me and then in time I say, I have a new way, a short cut to fix that long winded, boring process everyone is following (like a robot). Most just look at me and continue with the old way. I just don’t know why people can’t think for themselves and can’t see what I see so easily. I come across out spoken or a rule breaker. People a sheep and my positive out look to challenge systems (or at least try new ways) for the better never goes well. So I just shut up. Then I get board and I move on. I am still looking for my work tribe who gets my enthusiasm (ADHD) call it whatever you want. I have the energy of a 5yrs old and I and 50. I am young at heart not low vibe boring like most people my age. I can’t get a break! No one gets me. I am super smart (not on paper) and have so must to give people just get intimidated from my extrovert personality. My energy takes over and management who can’t rally / motivate anyone take a disliking to me cause I am a leader but in a fun inclusive way that people are like magnetic to me. I am not to be feared but embraced.

Alguém me falou que existem problemas para serem resolvidos ,eu creio que só em você ser grata todos os dias, já é uma grande solução.
