The Game Has Changed. Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to attend day 1 "The Game Has Changed" virtual event hosted by none other than Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. This event was a deep dive into powerful insights and strategies that are crucial in today's rapidly evolving world. Here are some key takeaways from the event: 1. Embracing Change. Tony emphasized the importance of adaptability in a rapidly changing world. Embracing uncertainty can turn challenges into opportunities for growth. 2. The Power of Self-Education Dean highlighted the shift from traditional education to self-education. Investing in continuous learning is crucial in today's digital age. 3. Leveraging Technology. They discussed leveraging digital tools to reach a wider audience and create meaningful connections. Embracing technology is essential for success. 4.Building Resilience. Tony shared strategies for cultivating a resilient mindset. Setbacks are inevitable, but our response defines our path forward. 5. Community and Networking Dean emphasized the importance of connecting with like-minded individuals. Building supportive networks amplifies our efforts and success. 6. Taking Action. Both stressed the importance of immediate action. Implementing what we learn bridges the gap between dreams and reality. Attending this event was transformative. Let's embrace change, leverage technology, build resilience, foster communities, and take action. The game has indeed changed.

I don't know about you, but I am tired of all of these groups who claim to be about networking and supporting each other, only to find out they just want you to pay a "membership" fee that limits your reach to other "members" of their community. In addition, I am tired of endlessly posting on sites in the hopes that I will say the right thing to get someone to stop scrolling. The best networking, the best marketing, the best business development strategy has always been with real interactions and face-to-face. Let's get to know each other again. Let's demonstrate what we have to offer and help build a community around each other. A rising tide lifts all ships, and the more boats in the water the higher the tide will be! The signs of a toxic culture are often subtle and insidious. Gossip and backstabbing erode trust and foster division. Favouritism creates resentment and stifles innovation. Overworking is glorified, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction. Communication is unclear, causing confusion and frustration. Lack of accountability breeds incompetence and apathy. Have you ever thought how vibrant communities are created? That's something I discovered recently 💡 I'm personally super interested in this topic, so I've read quite a bit of research on it and found out that scientists 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪. 1️⃣ All starts with 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. These are small groups of 1-5 people. They are not or are very loosely connected to each other. 2️⃣ Then somebody (a person or a company) becomes a 𝗛𝗨𝗕 that starts to build links with different fragments. It serves as a center of attraction for them as well as a connection between them. Last thing is super important for a healthy community - that's why it's essentially 'community 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚', not 'community building' 🧵 So you are not only connecting the parts to yourself but also connect them with each other, making the network stronger 💪 3️⃣ Eventually, multiple hubs will form. At this point main hub should go a bit into shadows and focus on 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 the communication between members. At this stage you start to see a lot of self-organisation and initiative from community. 4️⃣ The last stage of evolution is 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲/𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘆. This is when community has many hubs, everything is connected to each other, members form clusters (people gravitate toward those who are like them). At this moment main hub should shift to connecting the community to other communities and by that expand the network. I love this scientific approach and would want to use it when building my next community 😍 Let's see how science works! What are the most helpful and amazing communities that you know? If you've been there for quite a while, have you witnessed these stages?

The world is split into 2 parts but 3 that exist. There's Good, there's Evil and there's everything in between. This is why there are good people in every country, evil wicked people in every country and everyone else who literally chooses survival in one way or another. As the year carries on, be aware. Be very aware, these facts are real. Don't judge an entire race, country, ethnic region or groups based on one perception, there's always a blend of all three going on. Always. Find your community instead. People who are like you but may not look like you, think like you or speak like you. Remember, 2 parts but 3. This is my view on the reality. We're open for Business.
