June 26th's health fair at Central Library at Grand Army Plaza was a hit! We connected with several organizations focused on diabetes and nutrition education. Attendees had a chance to pick up nutrition education materials for: - eating well on the run - healthy snacks - portion management - diabetes care Attendees also found out more about our wonderful Nutrition and Diabetes Programs, giving them the opportunity to get insurance covered nutrition therapy for heart health, obesity, gastrointestinal disease, diabetes and prediabetes Thank you to Nina Dahan, MS, RDN, CDN from our team, who was there leading the charge.
