Catholic Health used Epic’s Gold Stars program as a guide to significantly improve patient access and financial experience. In the last two years, we have raised our Gold Star rating from 3 to 9, achieved a 322% increase in patient self-scheduling, and overhauled our billing process to collect $2.1M through MyChart integrations with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
