Today, I had the incredible opportunity to explore how we can make the public sector a place where EVERYONE feels like they truly belong. One key takeaway that struck a chord with me? The notion that "no" is simply a temporary pause, not a permanent roadblock – “no is just a no for today”. When we encounter obstacles or resistance in our quest to create a more inclusive environment, it's essential to remember that every setback is just a steppingstone on the path to progress. Sometimes, you must go back and reframe, reimagine, and reignite our commitment to fostering belonging in the workplace. When we prioritize belonging, we pave the way for a brighter, more vibrant future for ALL.

Let's all take a page from the book of Black women and make our voices heard.
Congressperson Shirley Chisholm once said, "if they don't give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair." Her words continue to inspire women today as we witness an unprecedented number of people making their own space in the conversation about diversity, equity and inclusion - particularly Black women.
For women, Blacks and others who have faced discrimination, it's important to remember your worth, not what anyone else thinks it is. Shirley Chisholm knew that securing a seat at the table meant using her voice to facilitate change and impact progress. We can all learn from her bravery and be the change we want to see in the world.
Don't wait for an invitation, be determined to make an impact, have some courage. Don’t be convinced that what you say doesn’t matter. Use the power of your words and be heard - not just during Women’s History Month. We need all hands on deck all year long during these challenging times for our nation.
If your voice didn't have power, nobody would be trying to silence it. If our history wasn’t important, nobody would be trying to hide it. So, believe in yourself, know that you belong even if you don’t receive an invitation. Bring up a chair for yourself and make a difference for all.♥️
This is what we try to do every single day at Ponder Diversity Group.

Good afternoon beautiful world 🌍❤️,
SUCCESS champions the power and strength of women. We believe that the feats of womankind should not be designated to a single month, but celebrated without limits.
That is why we support the work of women everywhere—and why we created the annual Women of Influence awards. Designed to spotlight 50 extraordinary women whose contributions consistently transform lives and transcend boundaries, these awards recognize the women we know, the women we trust and the women we aspire to be.
