Congratulations EXL on the 25th anniversary! I have been part of EXL only for a little over a year, but this is a company that I have tracked with great admiration for more than two decades. EXL's evolution to leadership as a data and AI-led provider is a wonderful story of excellence and innovation. To me, EXL's success stands on three core pillars. 1. Bold vision and adaptability: EXL has never hesitated from taking bold steps to carve its future. As the world of AI grew exponentially, EXL came to be at the forefront of capturing the opportunity through internal capability building, timely acquisitions and powerful partnerships. With a core that has a high adaptability quotient, all of these blended very well at each juncture. EXL's foray into delivering real value from generative AI is probably the latest example of this #leadership.   2. People centricity: You cannot build a great organization without great people. Take care of your people, and your people will give their best to your growth. EXL has been a very people-centric organization over these years. The fact that many of our 55,000+ employees have been around for more than a decade (and a good portion of them even two decades or more) is simply a testimony to this. 3. Client centricity: EXL will move mountains to ensure client delight. From asking the right questions that help solve the most important problems, to putting together a solution that brings real transformation, to delivering top notch execution, it is #excellence all the way. You cannot reach your 25th anniversary in flying colors without a strong penchant for delivering outstanding value and a great discipline to go above and beyond. I’m thrilled to share EXL's first quarter 2024 results as we kick off the year with strong growth. We've achieved revenue of $436M, up 9% YoY, and adjusted EPS grew to $0.38, an 8.9% increase YoY. This performance is a testament to our effective data and AI-led strategy and our team's exceptional execution. In Analytics, we delivered revenue of $191 million for the quarter, up 5% sequentially and year-over-year as a result of continued strong double-digit growth in healthcare payment integrity and data management. Our digital operations and solutions segment particularly shone, posting a 12% YoY increase, with significant contributions from our insurance and emerging segments. Based on our strong performance in the first quarter, we have raised the lower end of our full-year guidance range for both revenue and EPS, underscoring our commitment to innovation and excellence.
