Sharing my experience with TradeIndia.com - Infocom Network Private Limited Bombay Trophies signed an annual contract with Trade India with the expectation of receiving 10 verified leads per month for our export business as per the agreement. Trade India also committed to give domestic leads, prefrebly in south and west region of India. However, I regret to inform you that neither of this commitment has been met. Most of the Export leads which we received through Trade India didnt answer our messages. Also the domestic leads were mostly from Bihar, UP, North India etc which part our company dont cater to. We tried connecting with Team Trade India and sent lots of messages, but no one has ever attended to our queries. In business, trust and transparency are paramount, and it's essential that both parties uphold their end of the agreement. Unfortunately, in this case, we have not seen the promised results. As a professional and responsible business entity, we believe in addressing issues openly and professionally. We have already reached out to Trade India to discuss our concerns and find a resolution to this matter. The commerce ministry has developed a draft comprehensive strategy for future Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). The draft will reviewed by key departments, aiming to streamline negotiation processes with India's trading partners. The strategy, presented during a recent meeting involving trade experts, aims to ensure thorough analysis, background work, and systematic reporting throughout negotiation phases. I sometimes feel very disheartened to see the perspective about Indians in the global market. I have been interacting with stakeholders such as equipment traders, auctioneer, equipment owner, equipment companies etc. globally for the last one year. Sadly, every conversation has some part of it focused towards. How the stakeholder has been cheated/ experienced fraud by an Indian. Over the period I have realized it's important for me to help the industry by setting up a Buying Agency that helps stakeholders globally procure from India is a ethical and transparent manner. The good part here is, thanks to the upbringing by Amar Bhan my father and his industry experience of more than 20 years and reputation. We have strong sense of business ethics and values.
