Consultant Trainer for NYC DOE Program Chairs using STARS at NYC DOE HS

Every year, NYC DOE High School programmers struggle to create the final master schedule in STARS, a.k.a. the matrix. Many High School programmers have come to accept this frustrating undertaking as one that requires maximum effort with little accuracy. It does not have to be this way. I have a long history of assisting a variety of high schools (small schools, large schools, specialized schools) in this task. I train programmers, even master programmers, to streamline this process with precision. Under my leadership, schools finalize their schedules with zero partials, zero "irresolvables" and well-balanced ICT/ENL sections. Consider me for your High School programming needs. I can provide permanent programming solutions and assist in helping you reach your compliance goals.

Programming is so crucial! When I teach school budgeting or organizational development, I talk a lot about the importance of having a good programmer and looping them into decision-making. It's of course about optimizing opportunities for students, but also about managing your most precious resource - your staff.
