Marc Ganzi’s Post

It has been my privilege to watch the growth of our class of 2024 Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC mature into an exciting group of young minds now all heading off to colleges around the country. I could not be more proud of them and our team for fostering the right environment and track towards professional development. When I speak about the four pillars of DEI at DigitalBridge, the first pillar of our program may be the most important of them, which is to impact the trajectory of a young mind, not just about getting exposure to investment management or digital infrastructure, but about developing a work ethic and a desire to seek excellence in life. This starts with creating access, creating trust, positive reinforcement and a path towards a college education. I want to thank all my partners (aka: the BIGS!) for their dedication, time and effort for mentoring this great set of young adults: Rommel Marseille, Joshua Parrish, Valentina Burger-Jimenez, Iris Tomczyk, Chea Hart, Sadiq Malik, Cannelle Trouillot, Maggie Hayes, Maya Klaris, Geoffrey Goldschein, Ami Parikh and Nebyu Retta. #DEI #Teamwork #Mentorship #futureleaders #DigitalBridge #BBBSNYC

Yesterday, we celebrated a significant milestone with a group of incredible students from Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC (BBBS), who are now graduating! Our DigitalBridge team is immensely proud to have supported and mentored these bright young minds. Our partnership with the BBBS NYC program began in December 2021. Meeting with the students twice a month, each session lasting two hours, our volunteers guided students from the Uncommon Charter School in Brooklyn, helping them prepare for their future careers with skills in career planning, resume writing, interviewing, and professional communication. A heartfelt thank you to the students for allowing us to be part of your journey. Your dedication and growth have been truly inspiring. We look forward to seeing all the great things you will achieve in the next stage of your lives. #Mentorship #CommunitySupport #BBBSNYC #DigitalBridge #FutureLeaders #Graduation Marc Ganzi, Rommel Marseille, Geoffrey Goldschein, Joshua Parrish, Valentina Burger-Jimenez, Chea Hart, Ami Parikh, Nebyu Retta, Cannelle Trouillot, Maya Klaris, Maggie Hayes, Sadiq Malik

Awesome Work! I have Mindset Action Centers in my business plan for Digital App Kraft. Basically they are Success Labs geared towards Youth, but welcome all ages. They can learn how to write business plans, comprehend the structure of companies, learn how to use software such as Adobe, Office, etc. You can read more about Foundation Work here. https://dcmsponsors.com/philanthropy-goals

Great job! I completed watching your Wharton Private Equity video this morning. The analogy of the 9 layered wedding cake in relation to driving wealth creation post transaction was truly insightful. Your influence is much appreciated. Congratulations on your remarkable success.
