As the #digitalassets landscape continues to mature, we’ve been hard at work exploring differentiated ways to solve real-world problems. In particular, we see tremendous potential for tokenized bank deposits – in the U.S. alone, domestic bank deposits totaled more than $17 trillion last quarter, according to the Fed. With the Mastercard Multi-Token Network, we’re making bank deposits available as programmable money, enabling the next cycle of innovation in #payments and #commerce. Finished reading the novel #QuestForTheTokenOfFuture by #OWForum, and I kept ending up at the most revolutionary scenario, Universal Networks, despite opting for different decisions along the way - because I believe decentralization, open innovation but with established standards and control frameworks is the way to go for the future of money. A highly recommended read!
