Why? Because they usually had somewhat decent Linux support. And it certainly helps to have such support when you're running a Linux-based homeserver environment. 🤦♂️ When you design products for customers, I usually try to tell that companies should think about how they're generating value for the customer. Not increasing margin by introducing new measures that tend to nanny you more than they help... Credit: System32Comics

You have to understand why cyan is necessary without a firmware hack it's to track the printer down
Usually happens on the home printer when one of the kids' school projects have to be done by the following morning and it's after hours and all of the office supply stores are closed. Funny but not funny when it's happening. 🤣😭
This is why I keep things like swords and thermite around my house. I don't like printers, televisions, and such talking to me that way.

1moI really cannot understand why it’s so tough to handle printers. Everything has had huge UX progress; printers are stuck in the 80s in terms of usability
