Most of what they built stems from technology developed at farmwave in 2014 and utilized in collaboration with Google X and Driscoll's. We still own this patented technology and always look to partner with others if it will add value to users.

It’s always hard to tell if “dispersals” (their euphemism) like this are due to: - business model issues - execution issues Precision Ag has definitely proved to be harder and more expensive than many expected. It also tends to be more attractive to very large customers (Driscoll’s?), rather than the average customer. Hopefully the staff have been well taken care of - best wishes to all.

Interesting. We were hired a couple years ago to help collect field-level insights to train their remote sensing.
