Happy #internationalwomensday2023 ! There is still a lot to do to foster women's economic participation and gender equality, even in developed countries. Our paper Female Migrants and Brain Waste- A conceptual challenge with societal implication was recognized as a top cited article by #Wiley . Of course that is a nice acknowledgement, but, it would have been better not to have this topic in the first place. Instead of brain waste, let's have flourishing women professionals!
