The most evolved way of speaking is without words. Connecting vibrationally is something our ancestors did but as we didn’t nurture this super power, we forgot we had it. Then we forgot that we forgot. And so we lost this gift. We live in a world where we are unable to communicate effectively with our own Self. More often than not we don’t even listen to our Self and our true feelings and desires. We listen to what we ‘should’ do and what we ‘should’ feel. It’s no wonder we are unable to communicate with others. Misunderstandings occur because we are not listening. First listen. Drop into feeling, be aware of your vibration. You will recognise whether there is a mutual understanding with another. Or not. …less words more feeling.

That is so true MariaElena Cusick "Connecting vibrationally is something our ancestors did" Intuition and "that feeling" are our survival and best self awareness tools, born of surviving and eveolving to where we are now. But something has been lost in translation. We have substantially abandoned or lost our natural awareness and our ability to sense what is around us And substantially replaced it with "stress" , social media and and possibly medication I am playing my part ( as you are 😉 ) in restoring that balance
