It was exactly 3 years ago at the height of the pandemic that I first had the privilege of speaking to leaders at Telstra on the topic - "Mastering Change, Unlocking Growth". Today, the same topic is as salient as before, with the world around us only becoming more complex and volatile. I am grateful to once again have the opportunity to engage with leaders at Telstra at this pivotal point to share my thoughts about building a successful tech and services organization. Fundamentally, tech and services have very different cost and value drivers, and it is essential for leaders of such organizations to be aware of these differences and consciously act to drive synergies and minimize conflicts. Last week, we held our second Open Executive Meeting of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU, this time in our site in the beautiful city of Debrecen, as part of our #RadicalTransparency initiative. Reflecting on the inspiring day at the GFGO 100 Leaders’ Summit, the depth of topics covered and the level of engagement with business leaders and peers was truly remarkable.   The day commenced with check-ins led by Moti and Sigrid, setting the stage for insightful discussions on GFGO initiatives, business leaders' feedback, and real improvements. The passion displayed by Per Narvinger and Fredrik Jejdling was truly infectious as they shared Ericsson's thought leadership in the Telco industry and the drive for market-wide growth. Notably, excluding China, 50% of all mobile traffic passes through Ericsson networks!   The GFGO Leadership Team demonstrated admirable dedication in delivering clear, concise messages, capturing the audience's attention throughout the day and radiating energy.   The focus on customer and employee journeys served as a true reminder that people are at the heart of our industry. The commitment to simplification, automation, and sustainability was evident. Ericsson's plans to meet its carbon emission goals are commendable, and their approach to customer engagements is genuinely revolutionary.   As I leave the first day of the summit, I am filled with renewed energy, enriched knowledge, and strengthened connections. It's days like these that remind me of the impact we can make in the tech industry, and why I am proud to be part of this journey.
