This week we were super charged to come together with the Egypt HR and L&D lead team. Collective learning, inspiration and FOCUS as we put all hands on deck to advance our team member promise. I found it extra valuable to have honest exchange on the challenges of playing so many multiple roles as women. We realized we have guilt for not excelling in all those roles at once, and then feeling guilt for not being able to unfeel the guilt.
