"In real life, there is more than one way to be right" Last week, I went to MadFest. I saw some great speakers. This one was one of my highlights. Rory Sutherland. And this slide in particular. I remember a guest once ask me on a podcast, "what's your idea of a good strategy?" And I jokingly replied, "one that works." I joked, but it's true. There might be a wrong way of doing things. But there's definitely more than one right way. The trick here is to explore many routes to find the 'one' that works for you vs settling on the first right answer. Because the problem with settling for the first right answer is many of your competitors will do the same. Choosing the best right answer is one that's: -Different -One that's more effective (for the short and long term) -One that works (for you and those you serve)
