IPG Automotive Facilitates the Development and Validation of vECUs with Synopsys’ Silver Platform Virtual ECU enables testing in an ECU context earlier in the development process (Shift left in V-Cycle) as the different vECU virtualization Levels do address the challenges of the different stages. The same virtual vehicle prototypes and scenarios can be used with different levels of virtualization from MiL to SiL to HiL to ViL before and in parallel to the availability of the real ECU.
