Last night I was fortunate to spend time in the inner sanctum of a place I usually only see from my seat in the Shed... so a big thank you to the team at @British American Business and @Chelsea Football Club for the hospitality and great company at their networking event. Meeting new people and making connections is always interesting, and whilst viewing the trophies on display in Todd Boehly’s box was a rare and much welcomed opportunity, the highlight of the evening for me was speaking with @Carly Telford. As a former elite player, Carly’s insights on successful teamwork, management and handling pressure were genuinely inspiring. I could draw parallels with the work we do at, and in, AlixPartners but could also see how we can continue to learn so much from those who have competed successfully at the highest levels in sport. #inspiringwomen #whenitreallymatters #highperformance
