It’s always great to be back in Hong Kong, one of my favorite cities. I’ve had numerous productive meetings here, including one with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)'s new CEO, Bonnie Y Chan. I was incredibly impressed by all the updates on the Hong Kong stock market and on China in general that she so eloquently shared. Exchange Square, where HKEX is located, always makes me nostalgic because it's where I started my fund management career in 1987. The energy of this city is incredible, and I’m thrilled to see the stock market here flourish again.
I met Mark in buffalo at his nieces house, Pam on Lincoln parkway in 1988 and later on in Hope town. I was a struggling dental student and he left a lasting memory on me because he was such an engaging individual. I had no idea at the time his level or importance in the financial field. It is great to see that he continues to be genuine well respected professional !
